Content marketing -- whether done via email, web or social media -- is a leading tactic, according to a study by ContentWriters.
The firm, which promotes its skills in the field the survey is about, says it interviewed clients and other marketers in its platform, and thousands of firms at conferences.
The purpose was to “tap into our vast network of marketers, content creators, and business owners to get real insight into what they were getting out of content marketing," states Francesco Montesanto, director of marketing, ContentWriters.
Of the companies polled, 61% publish content several times a week, and 39% are increasing their budgets for it in 2019.
In addition, 89% say they get better leads through content marketing than they do through other means, and 55% say content improves lead quality.
