NAACP National Voter Fund
Background
The NAACP National Voter Fund (NVF) was created in 2000 to advance the cause of civil rights. NVF engages in nonpartisan advocacy activities, such as voter registration and get-out-the-vote efforts, issue advocacy, and lobbying.
Strategy
During the 2004 election cycle, the NAACP National Voter Fund approached Political Media, Inc to help identify
and implement a nationwide get-out-to-vote campaign in the African American community.

The Political Media, Inc. team delivered 100,000 phone calls to urging NVF members to vote. Additionally, Political Media, Inc. brokered a deal between the NAACP and BET that created millions of impressions to the targeted audience.
